1. Course fees must be paid in accordance with the fee schedule.
2. A non-refundable application fee of KShs. 1,000/= to be paid upfront (Not applicable for Computer Proficiency).
3. Any student who abandons studies after the first one week of course duration will not be entitled to any refund of fees.
4. A student who abandons studies within the first one week will be refunded 50% of fees excluding registration fees.
5. A student who withdraws after paying fees and before commencement of classes will be charged 20% of the course fees.
6. A KShs. 1,200 service fee will be charged on all unpaid cheques.
7. IIT accepts no liability whatsoever for any injuries inflicted during the course of training.
8. IIT does not accept any liability for loss or damage to any property brought or left on the premises by students.
9. Students will be charged for any damages caused to equipment by their negligence.
10. Certificates will only be awarded after the fulfillment of all the course requirements.
11. Fees payments should only be done by either direct deposit to Intrasoft Institute of Technology, KCB – Town Centre Branch. Account Number 1260770192 OR MPESA Paybill 522522 (Account Number – 1260770192).
12. IIT shall not be responsible for loss of cash paid to any other account other than the one specified above.
13. Installment Fees shall be paid or before 5th of the month due. No student shall be allowed in class if there is any unpaid fee after the due date.
14. Fees for single modules shall be paid in full before commencement of classes.
15. Adherence to all rules and regulations governing students at the IIT Centers.
